Terms of Service

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, design, structure, and content, are owned by the Company.

The Service is licensed, not sold.

You retain all rights to your User Content.

You grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive license to use your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

Certain components may be subject to third-party licenses.

You must provide accurate and complete information.

You are responsible for all activity under your Account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We may suspend or terminate your Account in case of violation of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for your User Content.

You represent and warrant that your User Content:

• complies with applicable laws
• does not infringe third-party rights
• does not contain malicious code

We reserve the right to remove content at our sole discretion.

We are not obligated to monitor or review User Content.

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms.

You acknowledge that:

• such integrations are governed by third-party terms
• we do not control third-party services

The Company shall not be liable for:

• API changes
• service interruptions
• actions or restrictions imposed by third parties

We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or actions of third-party services.

Subscriptions:

• are billed in advance
• renew automatically
• may be canceled by the user

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

We may suspend access in case of non-payment or violation of these Terms.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free performance.

We may perform maintenance and updates at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

• loss of profits
• loss of data
• indirect or consequential damages

The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you during the preceding 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

• your use of the Service
• your violation of these Terms
• your infringement of third-party rights

The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government actions, infrastructure failures, or service outages.

We may suspend or terminate your access:

• in case of violations
• for security reasons

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.

Personal data processing is governed by:

• Privacy Policy
• Data Processing Addendum (DPA)
• Cookie Policy

Where personal data is processed on behalf of the Customer, the DPA shall prevail in case of conflict.

Use of cookies and tracking technologies is governed by the Cookie Policy.

Data retention is governed by the Privacy Policy and DPA.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements.
