Terms of Service
Welcome to Mirror (“Mirror”, “we,” “us,” or “our”)! Thank you for using our product and service (“Service”). The Mirror website and services collectively, including all content and functionality available through the https://mirror-app.com domain name, the “Mirror Website” or the “Site” is comprised of various web pages operated by “REFLECT” LLC. This Terms of Service (“Terms of Service” or “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between Mirror and you (“you”) that governs your use of the products and services available through the Site (the “Service”).
1. Acceptance of Terms
Your access and use of the Mirror Websites is subject to and governed by these Terms of Service. By using our Service, you are agreeing to these terms (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

This Agreement apply to all users of the Services.

By accessing or using of the Site and/or the services, on behalf of an entity, organization, or company, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such organization to this Agreement and you agree to be bound by this Agreement on behalf of such organization and you agree to be bound by all of this Terms of Service If you visit the Site or register for an account to use the services , you expressly accept the terms of this Agreement and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of either this Agreement or the Privacy Policy (https://mirror-app.com/privacy-policy), you do not have authorization to use any part of the Service. We may modify this agreement at any time, in our sole discretion.

These changes become effective immediately upon posting and your continued use or access of the Site and/or the services shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified agreement. Please review this Terms of Service from time to time so that you will be apprised of any changes.
2. Generally Service Terms
2.1 License. You will adhere to all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to your use of the Services. Your access to the Service is licensed. Subject to the terms of this Agreement and upon your registration for Account, Mirror hereby grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable account enabling you to access and use the Service and the Site. All Mirror content that is made available to view and/or download in connection with the Service is owned by and is the copyrighted work of Mirror and/or its suppliers and is licensed, not sold.

2.2 Ownership.

a. Mirror own the following :

- The copyright subsisting in the code in the underlying system that runs the Service, the Applications, the Content Templates and all other content published on the https://mirror-app.com;

- The copyright subsisting in the design, layout, compilation and look and feel of the site;

- The copyright subsisting in all of the content templates made available to you as part of the Service;

b. The Mirror trademark.

c. Certain components of the Content will be sourced from a third party and different license terms may apply to such components, such as someone else’s license or an open source or creative commons license. That other license will apply to that other component. The Mirror License Agreement will apply to the rest of the Content Template, or Product as applicable. The notices required by those licenses are available here. The Service uses images and names of third party products. Intellectual property rights in relation to those products (including registered trademarks) belong to their respective owners. We are not affiliated or associated with, or authorised or endorsed by, the owners of the products.

d. You may not copy, distribute, modify, publish or make derivative works of any of our IP in any way not expressly authorised by these terms.

e. You will retain all rights in Your Content.

3. Your Account
To access the Services, you must create a Mirror account associated with a valid email address. You may only create one account per email address. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, regardless of whether the activities are undertaken by you, your employees or a third party (including your contractors or agents) and, except to the extent caused by our breach of this Agreement, we and our affiliates are not responsible for unauthorized access to your account. You will contact us immediately if you believe an unauthorized third party may be using your account or if your account information is lost or stolen.

You can remove your Account from Mirror at any time, including all your contents and comments posted to Mirror. You can do it on your account page.

We can remove or block your account immediately, without prior notice or liability if you breach the Terms.

4. Your Content in Our Service
You are solely responsible for the information, and other content that you upload, publish or display (hereinafter, “post”) on the Site (collectively, the “Your content ”). Mirror can't and doesn't screen content provided by you to the Site or through the Service. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Mirror reserves the right to monitor content on the Site and to remove content, which Mirror, in its sole discretion, determines to be harmful, offensive, or otherwise in violation of this Agreement or Mirror’s operating policies for users of the Site (“Users”).

You are solely responsible for:

- violates any law, statute, ordinance or regulation;

- properly handling and processing notices sent to you (or any of your affiliates) by any person claiming that Your Content violate such person’s rights, including notices pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

- infringes the intellectual property rights or proprietary rights, or rights of publicity or privacy, of any third party;

- adversely affects or reflects negatively on Mirror’s goodwill, name or reputation or causes duress, distress or discomfort to Mirror or anyone else, or discourages any person, firm or enterprise from using all or any portion, feature, or function of the Site, or from advertising, liking or becoming a supplier to use in connection with the Site;

- transmit, distribute or upload programs or material that contain malicious code, such as viruses, timebombs, cancelbots, worms, trojan horse, spyware, or other potentially harmful programs or other material or information;

- circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Site or its features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content.

ALL USER CONTENT POSTED BY YOU TO AN MIRROR WEBSITE, WHETHER INTO A PUBLIC FORUM OR NON-PUBLIC FORUM, SHALL BE AT YOUR OWN RISK, AND MIRROR TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE USE OR MISUSE OF ANY SUCH UPLOADED INFORMATION BY ANY OTHER USER OF A MIRROR WEBSITE.
5. Changes
We may change, discontinue, or deprecate any of the Services (including the Services as a whole) or change or remove features or functionality of the Services from time to time. We will notify you of any material change to or discontinuation of the Services.
6. Termination of Use
Mirror may, in its sole discretion, at any time discontinue providing or limit access to the Mirror Websites, any areas of the Mirror Websites, or any Mirror Materials or User Content provided on or through the Mirror Websites. You agree that Mirror may, in its sole discretion, at any time, terminate or limit your access to, or use of, any or all of the Mirror Websites or any Mirror Material or User Content. In the event You are in material breach of the Terms of Service, Mirror may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate Your account, delete Your Content from the Mirror Website, and refuse You any current or future use of a Mirror Website without notice. Mirror shall not be liable to You or any third party for any such suspension or termination.

If You wish to terminate your account, you may do so by submitting your request via email to [email protected]. Please note that in the event that you elect to terminate your account, Mirror has the right and may elect to continue to post and publish on the Websites personally identifying information associated with User Content that You have posted.

7. Privacy Policy

1. Collection of Information. We generally collect non-identifying user information when they browse our website. This information includes but is not limited to the device, cookies, source, site actions, browser, operating system, usage, or similar additional information.


It is important for you to understand so kindly take time to read it.


This information solely cannot identify you as a user and your personal information.

Regarding the use of personal information, we may require that your personal details whenever you interact, sign up, create an account, or take action that requires filling out your personal information such as name, email, phone number, organization, etc.



2. Use of your information. Mirror doesn’t transfer or sell your personal information to any third party without your consent. Although, we may use this information internally for the following purposes and more:


- To enhance or improve our users’ experiences.


- To share promotional information (as per the terms agreed by the user on website)


- To contact you and to respond to inquiries.


- To send product updates, information, news, and respond to feedback & inquiries


- To process other necessary actions like payments, refunds, cancellations, etc.

If required, we may give your information to law enforcement.



3. Personal Identification Information. We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, place an order, subscribe to the newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.


4. Product Use. We also have access to and collect the user information that you voluntarily enter as part of your Mirror service usages like connecting to third-party apps and platforms.


Any access to your social accounts or third-party connections using Mirror will be collected by us in accordance with the authorization procedure of such social platforms and apps.


We won’t have access to any password to such social accounts and apps that you may connect with your Mirror account.


Whenever you connect your Mirror account to third-party services, you authorize us to access personal information such as email, username, profile posts & pictures, and other relevant information in accordance with the authorization process.


5. Your rights and choices. You have right to: access, update, change or delete your Personal Information. It can be done either directly in your Account or by reaching out to us at [email protected] to request the required changes.


Please note that we may need to verify your identity in regards to your request. This verification process may require you to provide us with additional information, especially if you do not have access to your Account or if you are contacting us from an email address that differs from the one you signed up with. If we are unable to verify your identity or request, we may not, in accordance with applicable law, be able to fulfill your request.


6. Third-Party Service Providers. As a business, we also use certain third-party services for obtaining services such as database management, performance analytics, billing, customer relationship management, hosting, error monitoring, and maintenance services.


We may share your information with these third parties to perform the mentioned tasks. Also, these third parties are obligated to not disclose your personal information beyond the privacy policy.


7. Law Enforcement. We can disclose your personal information to the law enforcement, government, and official authorities for seamless & rightful enforcement of any investigation or lawful query.


8. Retaining Personal Information. The retention of your personal information with us is dependent on its need for the business, or requirements of the law, or dissolution of the business, or by official deletion proceedings, or any other necessary policy that requires us to retain your personal information.


When we no longer have the necessity to retain your information, we will either delete it, destroy it, or anonymize it. Till any of these actions aren’t achieved, we will securely store your information with us.


9. Protection of Information. We use premium technology and tools for data collection, processing, storage, and security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, unlawful disclosure, unauthorized modification, and destruction of personal data.


The exchange of information between a site and its users happens through an SSL certified communication protocol making it encrypted and protected.


Also, we maintain premium security standards for the security and privacy of your personal information stored with us. However, no security system is 100% secure therefore, we do not guarantee the security of your personal information to a certainty. Although we follow all the security procedures and maintain privacy are a priority.


10. Changes. Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent. We will post any privacy policy changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice (including, for certain services, email notification of privacy policy changes).

8. Payments
8.1 You agree to pay to Mirror any fees for each Service you purchase or use, in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you for that Service. Fees paid by you are non-refundable, except as provided in these Terms or when required by law.

8.2 By selecting a Paid Subscription you agree to pay billing cycle the monthly or yearly subscription fees indicated for that plan.

This means that you will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis. Billing cycles are typically monthly or annual, depending on what subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription. Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel auto-renewal through your online account management page, or by contacting our customer support team. U
Your Subscription will continue until the end of that billing cycle before terminating. You may cancel auto-renewal on your Subscription immediately after the Subscription starts if you do not want it to renew.

8.3 Cancellation/Downgrade of the subscription plan: You are always free to cancel the renewal of your subscription which will be effective after the end of the current billing cycle or starting of the next billing cycle. If you downgrade the plan, all the benefits of the upper plan will be forfeited. Also, you will be charged according to the currently selected plan on your next billing cycle. To cancel your subscription, Log in to your account.

8.4 Refunds: As a general rule, we do not grant partial refunds for our 30-day or subscription period. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months with a Paid Subscription that is unused. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made. We provide 14 days of Free Trial to explore all the features before making the decision of Paid Subscription. We encourage users to explore Mirror during the Trial Period and contact our Support Team with any query.

8.5 Generally. We may suspend your or any End User’s right to access or use any portion or all of the Services immediately upon notice to you if we determine:

a. your or an End User’s use of or registration for the Services (i) poses a security risk to the Services or any third party, (ii) may adversely impact the Services or the systems or Content of any other Mirror customer, (iii) may subject us, our affiliates, or any third party to liability, or (iv) may be fraudulent;

b. you are, or any End User is, in breach of this Agreement, including if you are delinquent on your payment obligations for more than 15 days;

c. you have ceased to operate in the ordinary course, made an assignment for the benefit of creditors or similar disposition of your assets, or become the subject of any bankruptcy, reorganization, liquidation, dissolution or similar proceeding.

9. Liability and Limitations
YOU AGREE THAT NEITHER MIRROR, NOR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS OR SUPPLIERS SHALL HAVE ANY LIABILITY TO YOU UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY OR INDEMNITY IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE, THE SERVICE, OR ANY MIRROR TECHNOLOGY. YOU SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT MIRROR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR USER SUBMISSIONS OR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY AND THAT THE RISK OF HARM OR DAMAGE FROM THE FOREGOING RESTS ENTIRELY WITH YOU. YOU HEREBY RELEASE AND FOREVER WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS YOU MAY HAVE AGAINST MIRROR, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS OR SUPPLIERS (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO CLAIMS BASED UPON THE NEGLIGENCE OF MIRROR, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS OR SUPPLIERS) FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, DATA
LOSS, COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, OR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, COMPENSATORY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, YOU SUSTAIN IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE, THE SERVICE, OR THE MIRROR TECHNOLOGY.

YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE RIGHT AND REMEDY IN CASE OF DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SERVICES OR ANY OTHER GRIEVANCE SHALL BE YOUR TERMINATION AND DISCONTINUATION OF ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICES.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Mirror does not represent or warrant that the Service will be error-free or accessible at all times, defects will be corrected the Service or the server that makes it available, are free of viruses or other harmful component, or the use or the results of the use of the Service or the materials made available as part of the Service will be correct, accurate, timely, or otherwise reliable. Mirror does not guarantee, and shall have no liability for, any Service down time caused by outages to any public Internet, networks or servers, caused by any failures of your equipment, systems or local access services, for previously scheduled maintenance, or relating to events beyond Mirror control such as, but not limited to, strikes, riots, insurrection, fires, floods, explosions, war, governmental action, labor conditions, earthquakes, natural disasters, or interruptions in Internet services to an area where Mirror or your servers are located or co-located.

YOU AGREE THAT MIRROR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DATA COMPILED BY OUR SERVICES AND THAT MIRROR WILL NOT BE LIABLE, IN ANY MANNER, AS A RESULT OF YOUR EXPOSURE TO ANY DEFAMATORY, LIBELOUS, THREATENING, UNLAWFULLY HARASSING, OBSCENE OR OTHERWISE UNLAWFUL CONTENT OR DATA. IN NO EVENT SHALL MIRROR, OR ANY THIRD PARTY PROVIDER OF ANY COMPONENT OF THE SERVICES OR OF ANY INFORMATION DELIVERED AS PART OF THE SERVICES, BE LIABLE TO YOU AND/OR ANY PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SIMILAR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES, CONTENT, PRODUCTS, THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS WEBSITE, OR ANY LINKED WEBSITE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF USE, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR OTHER ECONOMIC LOSSES, LOSS OF PROGRAMS OR OTHER DATA, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT,
NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER TORTIOUS ACTION, EVEN IF MIRROR IS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, INCLUDING LIABILITY ASSOCIATED WITH ANY VIRUSES WHICH MAY INFECT YOUR COMPUTER EQUIPMENT.

SOME JURISDICTIONS LIMIT OR PROHIBIT THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS, AND IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS SHALL BE APPLIED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN ADDITION, YOU AGREE THAT MIRROR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DATA COLLECTED BY OUR SERVICES, AND THAT MIRROR IS IN NO WAY RESPONSIBLE AS A RESULT OF YOUR EXPOSURE TO ANY DEFAMATORY, DEFAMATORY, THREATENING, UNLAWFULLY INSULTING, OBSCENE OR OTHERWISE ILLEGAL CONTENT OR DATA. IN NO EVENT WILL MIRROR OR ANY THIRD-PARTY PROVIDER OF ANY COMPONENT OF THE SERVICES OR ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED WITHIN THE SERVICES BE LIABLE TO YOU AND/OR ANY PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, INDIRECT OR SIMILAR DAMAGES ARISING FROM AS A RESULT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES, CONTENT, PRODUCTS, USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS WEBSITE OR ANY RELATED WEBSITE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF USE, INTERRUPTION OF WORK OR OTHER ECONOMIC LOSSES, LOSS OF PROGRAMS OR OTHER DATA, WHETHER AS A RESULT OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER ILLEGAL ACTIONS, EVEN IF MIRROR HAS BEEN WARNED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, INCLUDING LIABILITY RELATED TO ANY VIRUSES THAT MAY INFECT YOUR COMPUTER.

11. Force Majeure
We and our affiliates will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under this Agreement where the delay or failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, labor disputes or other industrial disturbances, systemic electrical, telecommunications, or other utility failures, earthquake, storms or other elements of nature, blockages, embargoes, riots, acts or orders of government, acts of terrorism, or war.
12. Entire Agreement
The Terms of Service represents the entire arrangement between the Parties in respect of its subject matter and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings or arrangements (both oral and written) relating to its subject matter.
