Tagged Instagram posts, a new YouTube app for Shopify, and refreshed layouts for your website.
We've been busy making it easier to bring more of your content onto your website and give it a home that feels right for your design.
This month's updates include a new Instagram connection option, our YouTube Feed app on Shopify, a new Featured layout, and a fresh look for Masonry and Showcase.
Here's what you can explore.
Instagram: Your tagged posts can now be part of your feed
Your customers have their own stories to tell about your brand. They share photos of your products, post about their experiences, and tag your Instagram account along the way.
With our new Tagged Posts connection option, you can bring that user-generated content (UGC) into your Instagram Feed widget.
Imagine a clothing brand showing customers wearing its latest collection, a café featuring photos shared by visitors, or a design studio displaying work where it has been tagged.
It's a way to give your website another perspective on your brand, through the people who interact with it.
Mirror App YouTube Feed is now on Shopify 🎉
Shopify store owners now have another way to bring video content into their storefronts.
Our new Mirror App YouTube Feed app lets you display YouTube videos, Shorts, and playlists directly on your Shopify store.
Connect your YouTube content, choose a layout, and customise how your feed appears to match your storefront.
You can use it to showcase product demonstrations, tutorials, customer stories, interviews, or videos from your YouTube channel.
The app includes:
- Support for YouTube videos, Shorts, and playlists
- Customisable layouts, colours, spacing, and navigation
- Responsive display options for different devices
- Automatic content updates on supported plans
- No-code integration with your Shopify theme
There's also a free plan if you'd like to try it out.

Meet Featured: A new layout for YouTube
Some videos deserve a little more attention.
Maybe it's your latest product launch, an interview you're particularly proud of, or a tutorial that answers your customers' most common questions.
Our new Featured layout gives you a way to highlight a video while keeping the rest of your YouTube content within reach.
It's a useful option for creating a more curated video section on your website, especially when you have one piece of content you want visitors to notice first.
Masonry and Showcase, refreshed
We've also given two familiar layouts some attention.
Masonry now has a more organic, relaxed visual feel, making collections of images and posts look more natural within a page.
Showcase has been refined too, with a more contemporary presentation and a cleaner visual balance.
Both updates are about helping your content sit comfortably alongside the rest of your website design.

Two more updates worth exploring
October also brought two larger improvements that we've covered in separate articles.
Profile Analytics
You can now access analytics in your Mirror App profile to get a better understanding of how visitors interact with your published widgets.
